In terms of packaging function, industrial and agricultural products tend to be finely beautified, while carton machinery products are moving towards commodity multi-function in the direction of high-speed single polarization; Today’s straight plate packaging needs pillow type, special-shaped and conjoined. Such goods need a series of commodity packaging at the end of the packaging machine.

From the perspective of commodity organization, there are only more than 2000 types of carton machinery and equipment in China, with small supporting quantity, high precision and insufficient large commodities, which can not meet the market demand; Nowadays, the product has low function, poor stability and reliability, unsightly appearance, rough surface treatment, poor quality, short service life and low reliability of many components, which will affect the quality of all products. From the company’s situation, domestic carton machinery and equipment occupy the leading companies, and there are few companies with large production scale and high grade; From the perspective of commodity development, China is basically still in the trial period, and its self-development ability is weak. The pilot base of scientific research and production is short, and the scientific research funds account for only 1% of the sales, while the foreign scientific research funds are as high as 8% – 10%.
