The carton equipment should ensure that the power supply is sufficient to operate normally, but we still need to pay attention to some detailed problems of carton equipment during production. Only when we find the problem and solve it can we well ensure the quality of carton production. At present, the problems of carton equipment are divided into:

① Paperboard receiving: the manufacturer needs to send special personnel to receive the goods, count the quantity when receiving the goods, ensure that the paper and paperboard are complete, undamaged and free of dirt, and ensure that the scale, quantity, raw materials and corrugated type are the same as those under the order, otherwise the goods will not be received.

② Paper separation and pressing: for the production of a small number of cartons, it is necessary to separate the paper. When the ordered quantity is less than the ordered quantity of cardboard, the carton equipment manufacturer only gives the rough edged cardboard. At this time, the carton equipment factory needs to separate the paper and press the line by itself.

③ Printing slotting: the humorous color required during printing needs to be adjusted evenly, and the color and color system must meet the requirements of customers; When printing plate, the roller pressure should be appropriate, otherwise you will have dirty plate, paste plate or unclear imprinting of some pictures and texts; When slotting, the height must not be wrong, otherwise the carton will not be closed or there will be cracks in the cover.

④ Case sealing: adhesive. Be careful not to stick the glue outside the tail line, otherwise there will be mutual adhesion between cartons and cartons.
