The longitudinal line fracture of carton mechanical pressing is basically caused by the following reasons
1. The pressure of longitudinal rolling line is too large. When the paperboard enters the line pressing wheel for operation, the line pressing wheel rolls the paperboard, causing the inner paper or face paper of the paperboard to break in the corrugated direction. To solve this problem, the operator should adjust the pressure of the longitudinal pressing wheel according to the thickness of the paperboard. Under normal circumstances, the rolling depth of the three-layer paperboard is 2mm-3mm when the pressing wheel presses into the paperboard. However, in normal production, the operator should adjust the pressure according to the quality of base paper, taking non crushing and easy folding as the standard.
2. The crimping wheel is unreasonable.
The most commonly used in paperboard pressing is convex to concave. Because the paper used, production environmental factors and the thickness of paperboard are different, the structure of the crimping wheel is also different.
The main parameter is that the width of the upper and lower pressing wheels should be appropriate, and the step transition arc of the pressing wheel should be adjusted according to the depth of the pressing line and the applicable paperboard. Generally speaking, the thicker the paperboard, the larger the line pressing width. For three-layer paperboard, the line pressing wheel with circular arc surface can also be used.
When the carton leaks white in the printing process, we can check step by step according to the following methods.
1. First check the thickness of the unprinted paperboard, and then check the thickness of the paperboard after it comes out of the paper feeding unit to see if the paperboard is crushed by the paper feeding wheel. If the board is crushed, first solve the problem of board crushing, and the paper feeding gap is the board thickness of -0.3mm
2. Check whether the printing plate pressure is normal. You can check whether the printing plate has enough ink. The hardness of printing plate and field plate is suitable for 34-36 degrees.
3. If the above is correct, increase the printing pressure value. The pressure value should not be too large, which is easy to produce printing paste and accelerate the wear of printing plate. Of course, if the printing ink viscosity is correct and the printing plate and anilox roller are good, there is still printing whitening. The main adjustment direction is dominated by the ink process. The printing pressure should not be increased all the time, and the ink viscosity and ink permeability can continue to be improved. The printer can also be adjusted to the paper feeding state for printing.
