4. Operators of all machines and equipment are forbidden to wear gloves and cannot approach the roller and corrugated board roller with their hands. If any printed picture is involved in the roller or corrugated board roller, it must be taken out after standby.

5. During working hours, operators should bind their hair to avoid being caught by the operating machinery and equipment and causing production accidents.

6. The semi-automatic case nailing machine operators are strictly prohibited from focusing on time, talking with others while working, and playing jokes. Do not leave the position without permission, and do not open other people’s machinery and equipment without permission.

7. In case of common problems of the machine and equipment found in the operation steps, the machine and equipment should be immediately standby, and the operation process with common faults is not allowed.

8. It is not allowed to put water cups, food and other dirt irrelevant to work on the ground of each machine.

9. After the work is completed, the pulp tray and pulp roll should be as far as possible to prevent corrosion, and the desizing mechanism should be turned back to start the pulp transport motor for work.

10. After work, employees should clean the machine casing, clean the vicinity of the machine and equipment, and use a cloth to wipe the oil leakage of the machine and equipment. When leaving, they should try to stand by and turn off the light bulb, fan and motor power transformer of the circuit.
