The inaccurate overprint of high-speed Carton printing machine is not the problem of technical adjustment of operators, but the printing accuracy of the equipment is exceeded when designing products, which increases the printing difficulty. Therefore, for small words and patterns, if they are to be reflected through overprint, if the design is unreasonable, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of overprint, which is bound to increase the scrap rate or unsightly printing patterns.

The overprint accuracy of general high-speed carton printing machine can reach 0.5 ~ 1mm. This data will be analyzed temporarily. If the bleeding of overprint is less than 0.2mm in design, it exceeds the overprint limit of 0.5mm of the printer.

For example, the printing accuracy of the printer is 0.5mm, the bleeding of the printing plate is 0.2mm, and the sum of the two plates is 0.4mm. The accuracy of the printing press is 0.5mm minus the bleeding of the printing plate by 0.4mm, which is equal to 0.1mm.

This 0.1mm will show hollowing out and inaccurate overprint. If there are slight defects in technology or vibration of the equipment, the accuracy of overprint cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore, pay attention to the following points when designing overprint:

1. The overprint accuracy of high-speed carton printing machine is designed according to the accuracy of the printing machine.

2. For example, the font should be considered when overprinting text. For example, there is a large difference between bold and Song typeface.

3. Pay attention to the pattern color and color block shape during overprint.

4. Considering the paper feeding direction, different directions affect the printing accuracy.

In case of inaccurate overprint, we should solve it from many aspects. When the equipment accuracy is not high, we can consider sorting from the perspective of design and paper feeding, and then adjust it in combination with production technology, so as to make the product exquisite.
