Why use a fully automatic automatic folder gluer machine ?

After the cardboard box is cut and formed, it usually needs to be folded or nailed before shipment. When the order quantity is not large, manual folding and pasting can be used to glue the boxes. Once the order quantity reaches thousands or tens of thousands, manual folding and pasting is not enough, so there is an urgent need to use more automated equipment. Using a semi-automatic box pasting machine requires manual folding and feeding of paper one by one. The machine speed can only reach 40 to 550 sheets per minute, but it still cannot meet the demand for rapid production. The use of a fully automatic printing, slotting, die-cutting, and pasting machine (commonly known as IN LINE) can significantly increase the production speed (120~150 sheets per minute), but the equipment price is relatively high, suitable for producing large and sustained orders. Generally, small and medium-sized cardboard box enterprises do not consider purchasing this equipment.

To address these issues, the supplier has developed a full automatic carton box folder gluer equipment (with a speed of over 80 sheets/minute) that stacks printed and slotted cardboard boxes on the paper feeding table of the fully automatic box gluing machine. The process involves paper feeding, pasting, and folding counting to ensure that the entire batch of cardboard boxes are stacked and discharged smoothly. Due to this automatic process, the efficiency is higher.
