The working environment of carton machinery is humid and high temperature, and some equipment is accompanied by impact load. Therefore, in the selection of lubricant, its demulsibility, water resistance, heat oxidation stability and load resistance are mainly considered. The lubrication points of paper machinery are closed in principle. The bearings from the headbox to the press section of the paper machine are sealed with bearing shells to prevent cross contamination caused by water immersion and grease overflow. In the dry section of the paper machine, due to the high temperature during operation, the central lubrication station is used to transfer lubricating oil to various bearings for lubrication and heat dissipation. The grease lubrication points at the wet end mostly adopt the method of regular manual patrol inspection and grease injection and replacement, so the lubrication system often refers to the central lubrication station in the dry section and all transmission and oil supply pipelines and oil injection devices.

The lubrication station in the dry section of the paper machine is usually selected from the standard general model, which is better in terms of oil filtering capacity and oil temperature control capacity. If there is a magnetic filter and constant temperature control, it is more suitable. The oil transportation volume of the lubrication station shall generally be calculated according to the heat dissipation needs of each lubrication point.

The future direction of Carton machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is to reduce ordinary tile lines and develop medium and high-grade tile lines. The three-layer tile line and the five-layer ordinary tile line are low-grade products. Due to their slow speed, poor quality and low grade, they can not meet the market demand, which limits the development of carton enterprises. The ordinary corrugated lines of some enterprises have been used for too long and the equipment is aging. Of course, some small and medium-sized enterprises can only purchase ordinary corrugated lines for the time being due to economic conditions and sales restrictions. In addition, different regions should also be treated differently. Carton packaging developed provinces and cities, such as Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and other regions are basically suitable for high-grade lines. The western region is economically backward and the packaging industry is relatively backward. Some provinces do not have tile lines and rely on single-sided machines and single-sided machines to produce cartons. Some provinces and cities in the western region do not have several production lines. They regard ordinary tile lines as “treasure” and have room for development. Therefore, the ordinary tile line is also suitable for small and medium-sized carton enterprises and the economically backward western region, and can not be eliminated. However, as the goal of machinery manufacturing enterprises, we should face the carton packaging area, develop a new generation of high-grade, high-speed, high-quality and high-sensitivity free box moving equipment, and carton machinery should also develop to the content of high-tech science and technology. There is still a big gap between domestic industrial carton machinery and international advanced countries, such as the United States, Germany, Japan, Italy and other countries, and the equipment price gap is even larger.
