The cardboard production line is a cardboard production equipment that integrates pulp preparation, wet cardboard forming, drying, cutting, and stacking. It can produce various specifications, thicknesses, and qualities of cardboard, which is widely used in packaging, construction, furniture, electronics, and other fields.

The workflow of a cardboard production line can be divided into the following steps

1. Pulp preparation

Firstly, it is necessary to prepare pulp suitable for producing cardboard. Generally, two methods are used: sulfate method and alkali method.

① Sulfate method: Raw materials such as wood and waste paper are added to a reactor, and water and steam containing sulfuric acid are added to hydrolyze the raw materials under high temperature and pressure, producing cellulose. Then, impurities are removed using a sieve, and the slurry is adjusted to meet the standards suitable for cardboard production.

② Alkali method: Raw materials such as waste paper and cotton wool are first disinfected with sulfur dioxide, and then alkaline solution is added to react under a certain humidity, temperature, and concentration environment to obtain pulp.

2. Wet cardboard forming of the high speed hardboard production line

After the pulp is prepared, it needs to be made into wet cardboard through a wet cardboard forming machine. The specific workflow can be divided into the following steps:

① Pour the paper prize into the receiving machine, and the paper prize passes through the conveyor belt and vibrating screen to form paper.

② The paper passes through a flattener and becomes a wet cardboard with a certain thickness and compactness.

③ The wet cardboard is transported by conveyor belt to the pre pressing machine and pre formed to meet certain specifications.

④ Finally, enter the molding machine and use positioning rollers, vibration rollers, pressure heads, templates, and other equipment for molding.

3. Drying

After the wet cardboard is formed, it needs to be dried and its strength and flatness need to be strengthened. The specific workflow is as follows:

① The wet cardboard enters the drying machine and is fed into the drying tunnel through a car or conveyor.

② In the oven, water begins to evaporate through a high-temperature and high-speed environment.

③ After drying, it is then rolled into cardboard through a winding machine.

4. Cutting and stacking paper hardboard making machine

Finally, the cardboard needs to be cut according to specifications, and of course, it also needs to be stacked. The specific workflow is as follows:

① Firstly, position and adjust the cardboard cutting machine based on the length, width, and height of the cardboard box.

② Cut the cardboard along the cutting line into cardboard boxes.

③ Through stacking work, the cut cardboard boxes are stacked and transported to the next process.
