What is the working principle of a high-speed partition assembling machine ?

1. The warp and weft slicing insertion system and warp slicing insertion ports of the high-speed grid inserting machine are installed at the front and middle ends of the left and right wings of the frame, while the weft slicing entry port is installed at the left end of the frame and the outlet is at the right end. Put the weft yarn and weft pieces into each feeding hopper by hand.

2. One piece after another, fed into the clips on the clamping chain by the slicing wheel interval. When the chain clamp runs intermittently, the opening device automatically opens, and the warp and weft yarns run at intervals to the positioning intersection point at the same time. The CNC eccentric wheel provides thrust to insert the warp yarn into the weft fit, forming a checkered product. The products in the clamp run sequentially on the assembly line and cycle to the outlet at regular intervals. The finished products in the fixture are pushed out of the fixture by the CNC eccentric wheel and counted by a counter.
